Our Main Products
Committed to the highest levels of purity and quality, we source our bird’s nests solely from our own swiftlet farms and rigorously vetted, certified partners. Explore a variety of nest types, each offering its own distinctive qualities and remarkable worth.
Whole Cup
Whole cup bird’s nest are the most premium form, large in size with dense strands, offering the best nutrition, texture, and appearance. Triangular nests are among the finest of this category.
Edge
These are the two ends of the bird’s nest that attach to the cave or house wall. The edges are usually harder and need to be soaked overnight before cooking.
Strips
During the cleaning of whole bird’s nests, broken pieces that don’t make it into the final cup are sold as strips. If whole nests are beyond your budget, strips are a more affordable option for personal consumption.
Filaments
Filaments are smaller strips of bird’s nest and the most common type found in instant products, as they are the cheapest. However, their texture is not as refined as whole nests, and they are rarely chosen as gifts.

Eight Practical Ways to Identify Genuine Bird’s Nest
Check the Color
Authentic bird’s nest naturally appears ivory white or slightly yellowish with a semi-translucent sheen. Its glow is soft and natural. Fake or bleached nests often look unnaturally bright white or dull with no luster.
Smell the Aroma
Real bird’s nest in dry form carries a faint egg-white aroma, which becomes more noticeable after soaking, sometimes mixed with mild woody or oceanic notes. Fake nests may have a fishy odor, a sharp chemical smell, or an oily scent.
Feel the Texture
Dry genuine bird’s nest feels light and crisp, with distinct fiber structures. Adulterated nests may feel heavier or overly rubbery. After soaking, gently rub the strands. Real nests are elastic and remain intact, while fakes quickly turn into a paste.
Observe During Soaking
High-quality bird’s nest, once soaked, separates into fine, distinct strands without becoming mushy or cloudy. Fakes may appear flaky, have unclear fibers, or cause the water to turn murky.
Burn Test
Lightly ignite a small piece. Genuine bird’s nest emits a protein-like roasted egg aroma and produces minimal smoke. Fake nests, containing added substances, may produce black smoke, a crackling sound, and a pungent smell.
Bleaching Detection
Bleached nests tend to be unnaturally pale or dead white. When soaked, they give off a chemical smell. After cooking, their texture is poor and their expansion ratio is significantly lower than that of genuine nests.
Glue-Coated Detection
Nests coated with glue emit a chemical odor when soaked, and the soaking water often becomes cloudy. Rubbing lightly will reveal a sticky texture. This is done to artificially increase the nest’s weight.
Dye Detection
Dyed nests are easy to identify. When soaked or boiled, they release color into the water. Real red nests, also known as cave nests, have a natural hue that does not fade during soaking or cooking.
The Health Benefits of Consuming Bird’s Nest Drinks
Improves Your Overall Health
Bird’s nest soup is a Chinese delicacy made from swiftlet saliva and is rich in protein and carbohydrates. Its natural nutrients are believed to support better blood circulation and may benefit individuals with conditions like asthma, diabetes, or high blood pressure.
Bird’s nest drinks are also thought to boost immunity by supporting lung, kidney, and digestive health.
Restores Your Complexion & Youthfulness
Bird’s nest drinks contain threonine, an amino acid that supports collagen and elastin formation. This helps maintain healthy skin structure and may reduce dryness and wrinkles.
As a result, bird’s nest is often associated with promoting smooth, glowing skin.
Good For Mother & Babies
For mothers, bird’s nest soup is commonly believed to help strengthen the body and support resistance to pregnancy-related discomforts. Its natural epidermal growth factor (EGF) is often associated with reducing stretch marks.
Many pregnant women also consume bird’s nest for its sialic acid, which is linked to supporting healthy neurological development in babies.
Bird’s Nest Progress
01
Classification of the raw birdnest
The raw bird’s nest can be divided into light, medium, and heavy hairs. Therefore, it is necessary to classify the raw bird’s nest according to the amount of hairs so that the workers can clean the bird’s nest separately and decide the quality of products that can be produced.
02
Cleaning the surrounding debris
In the first step of cleaning the raw bird’s nest, the workers need to remove the heavy debris and large hairs around, so that the following workers can easily pick up the fine hairs.
03
Hand-picking the impurities
The traditional picking method can be divided into dry picking, semi-dry picking, wet picking, and semi-wet picking. Therefore, raw bird’s nest with different level of cleanliness will need different picking methods, where the water used in the cleaning process is RO purified water.
04
Shaping and moulding
The bird’s nest will be sent to the shaping room for shaping and moulding because the shape of the bird’s nest will be deformed after the picking process.
05
Bird’s Nest Disinfection
In order to comply with international food hygiene standards, every piece of bird’s nest must be heat treatment after air-drying process to ensure that the bird’s nest is completely free from contamination.
